3. Duration of Storage

We store your personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the processing purpose or to fulfill contractual or legal obligations.

Retention obligations may result from commercial or tax regulations.
Data contained in accounting records are stored for 10 years, and data in business correspondence or contracts are stored for 6 years.

We store consent-related data and complaint or claim-related data for the duration of applicable limitation periods.
Data stored for marketing purposes will be deleted if you object to their processing.

IP addresses are anonymized within the EU before transfer to the USA.

B) Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram)

We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. to measure ad performance and reach.

C) LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company to track conversions and analyze user behavior for LinkedIn campaigns.

III. Data Processing on Our Social Media Pages

We maintain business pages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to communicate with users and promote our services.

When you visit these pages, the respective platform operators (Meta Platforms or LinkedIn Ireland) process your personal data under their own responsibility.

We may receive aggregated analytics data (“page insights”) from these platforms but cannot identify individual users.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in marketing and communication).
